Esyasoft Signs Strategic MoU with Aleria to Advance Distributed AI and Smart Grid Intelligence
During Make it in the Emirates 2026, Esyasoft signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Aleria to collaborate on the development of distributed AI systems for next-generation smart grid solutions.
As energy systems become more complex and data-intensive, traditional centralized models of processing are no longer sufficient to support real-time decision-making at scale. The future lies in distributed intelligence, where data is processed closer to the source, enabling faster, more efficient, and more resilient operations.
Through this partnership, Esyasoft and Aleria will explore how decentralized compute and AI-driven processing can be embedded across grid infrastructure, transforming how utilities monitor, manage, and optimize energy networks. With this shift in intelligence, utilities can reduce latency, improve system responsiveness, and unlock new levels of operational efficiency, particularly as grids integrate renewable energy, e-mobility, and increasingly dynamic demand patterns. The collaboration reflects a broader industry shift: moving from centralized systems toward connected, distributed architectures that are better equipped to support the next phase of the energy transition.
Signed at the IHC Pavilion during MIITE 2026, the agreement reinforces Esyasoft’s commitment to building intelligent, scalable infrastructure through strategic partnerships that bring together technology, innovation, and real-world application.
